These Terms of Service explain the basic terms for using the Blue Bridge Career Coaching website and participating in our programs and workshops. By using this website or registering for a workshop, you agree to these terms.

 

About Blue Bridge Career Coaching

Blue Bridge Career Coaching is based in Massachusetts and provides career coaching, workshops, resources, and related services to clients in the United States.

The information provided through this website and our programs is intended for educational and professional-development purposes. Career coaching and workshops can provide useful tools, guidance, and perspective, but Blue Bridge Career Coaching does not guarantee employment, interviews, promotions, compensation, or any particular career outcome.

We ask that you use this website respectfully and for its intended purposes. Please do not use the website to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to its systems, or use its content in a way that violates applicable law.

Workshops and Registration

Workshop descriptions, dates, schedules, prices, and availability are provided on the website and may change from time to time.

When you register for a workshop, you agree to provide accurate and current information. Your registration is complete when your payment has been successfully processed.

Payments for workshops are processed through PayPal. Depending on the payment method you choose, you may receive a registration receipt from Blue Bridge Career Coaching and/or a payment receipt from PayPal.

 

Tools for Transition Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Because Tools for Transition is a small-group program with limited enrollment, your registration reserves a spot in the cohort.

14 or more days before the program begins: You’ll receive a full refund.

7–13 days before the program begins: Registration fees are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, you may apply 50% of your registration fee as a credit toward one future cohort.

Fewer than 7 days before the program begins: Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

This refund policy is also provided during the registration process and in the confirmation email sent after registration.

 

Career Coaching and Workshop Information

We work hard to provide useful, thoughtful, and current information. However, career decisions are personal, and information provided through our website, workshops, or coaching services should not be understood as a promise of a particular result.

You are responsible for deciding how to use the information and recommendations provided by Blue Bridge Career Coaching.

 

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time as our services or website change. When we make a significant change, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the website after an updated version is posted means that you accept the updated terms.
